Omar Al Kazabri - عمر القزابري

Omar Al Kazabri, famous religious man, was born in 1974 in Morocco, more exactly in Marackech, in the Anti-Atlas. He also represents, to all Moroccan Muslims, a reference in religion when needed, in terms of recitation and knowledge. Omar Al Kazabri, is therefore a legendary imam and reciter.

However, before reaching the top of success, he has gone through a difficult road. At the age of 11 years old, the small Omar Al Kazabri learned and memorized the Holy Quran with ease thanks to his father’s help, who was himself a big amateur of what concerns the Muslim religion. He indeed helped his son achieve what he could not achieve as a young man.

Furthermore, Omar Al Kazabri decided to continue his studies with determination and optimism, until he obtains his high school degree at "Lycee Moulay Youssouf” high school, with a good distinction, that satisfied his expectations. Afterwards, Omar Al Kazabri decided to travel to Saudi Arabia to continue his Islamic studies and acquire a better learning of the Islamic sciences (what corresponds to Al Fiqh, In the Arabic language). To deepen more his knowledge, Omar Al Kazabri assisted diverse courses in 1997 at the Islamic institute of the holy city, Mecca.

By achieving all these experiences, he therefore was named imam of the famous mosque of the university, located in Jedda in Saudi Arabia. In this vein, Omar Al Kazabri organized publicly a big lecture thanks to the assistance of the great Egyptian Sheik Ahmed Al Maâssarawi, handling the subject of the completion of the last ten recitations; and all this, took place in Egypt.

After this increasing and visible success, Omar Al Kazabri decided to definitively return to his country of origin, Morocco, five years after the organization of his special lecture. Unfortunately, his return to Morocco, was without any diploma, but his expectations and his hope did not make him vulnerable; he brought with him a huge luggage of Islamic and Quranic experience of outstanding use.

Besides, Omar Al Kazabri went back to the Oulfa Mosque in Casablanca in Morocco, where he reached great popularity, prestige and fame . After this short career, the Hassan II Mosque was a tremendous experience for him, where he became a legend and a perfect professional. Due to all these facts, hundreds of people have attended his conferences at the Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca. His productions do not cease from growing and prospering. Eventually, Omar Al Kazabri’s the famous nickname has become the nightingale of the Minbar.

Thanks to his growing popularity, his chant not only was launched in various TV channels, web sites, such as ours, Islamzoom, but also at multiple radio stations as well. Omar Al Kazabri’s biggest dream is to show his performances and his qualities at the great Mosque of the Holy city, Mecca , and become an imam over there. He would like also to make a similar conference, just like the ones he made, here, in Morocco, in his Mosque, which represent the great Mosque of Morocco.
